* Boarding Pickup & Extension Policy *

Effective June 8th, 2026

Boarding stays are scheduled and reserved in advance based on availability, staffing, and existing reservations. 

Requests to extend a stay must be approved before the scheduled pickup date and are subject to availability and not guaranteed.  

Failure to pick up on the scheduled departure date without prior approval may result in an unscheduled extension fee of 10% of the reservation total, in addition to applicable boarding charges.

We understand that emergencies happen. If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible. 

Bu booking with Boarding the MAC, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Nail Trims and Bathing- 

Bathing and Nail Services are for cooperative pets ONLY.  Services may be stopped if pets cannot be safely handled. The safety of our staff and your pet is our priority.

This includes pets that require excessive restraint or pose a safety risk during handling, bathing, or nail services. As a boarding and daycare facility, we must prioritze the safety and care of all pets in our facility.   

We understand some pets may become nervous, and we'll always work patiently within safe limits.
